Supporting Activities including Site Selection approval and conversion costs; HR Management, Management Training & Operational Support; Technology Development; and Marketing for Pre and Post Opening occur during the entire timeline. Primary Activities include: Site and Floorplan Design (Within 48 hours); Management Training and Opening Checklist (Operations, Equipment, Construction, Legal, Training and Supply Chain) (6-8 weeks); Market Planning (6 weeks); and In Restaurant Support for Training Week & Opening (1 week). Leading to the Grand opening.
