Introducing Fazoli’s Q1 Second All-American Team for 2017
If you’ve been keeping up with our company blog, that means you’ve already met the Fazoli’s Q1 First All-American Team. But that’s not all — today, we’re here to introduce you to the Second All-American Team winners as well!
All of our Fazoli’s Q1 All-American Team members have shown outstanding effort and dedication to both the Fazoli’s family and our loyal guests across the nation. Of the 60 impressive employee nominations we received, we then had to narrow things down even further, choosing just five winners for the first team and five for the second team. In the end, here are the nominees who took home the prestigious honor of being named to the Fazoli’s Q1 Second All-American Team for 2017.
Holly Beber – Ft. Wayne, IN
Holly’s commitment to customer service is truly unmatched. She does her very best to make sure that each guest is greeted with breadsticks and a smile, and leaves full, happy and 100-percent satisfied after each visit. Not only that, but she puts her Fazoli’s family first, doing whatever she can to keep the team motivated and lively throughout her shift. “Ever since she walked in the door, [she] has been nothing short of a perfect employee,” says General Manager, Erica Miller.
Jayde Heraly – Green Bay, WI
While she’s only been a member of the Fazoli’s team for a little over a year, Joyce has proven her dedication to the brand and as such, will be moving into a management role after her 18th birthday this June. In Jayde’s words, “this is more than just fast food. The professionalism of this job has improved me as a person all together. I find that I am even more kind, caring, and considerate. I am very glad to be part of this team.” Way to go, Jayde!
Ricardo Melendez – La Vista, NE
Ricky has been a tremendous asset to the Fazoli’s team since he first stepped foot in the door almost three and a half years ago. He does what he can to go above and beyond the expectations of his guests on a daily basis, all while maintaining an impressively honest, trustworthy, dependable and caring persona. “Every restaurant in our company would prosper having Ricky on their team,” says General Manager, Jeff Posekany.
Kyle Nelson – Murray, KY
Kyle’s pride and joy are her two children, William who is three and Morrigan who is seven and struggling with cystic fibrosis. As a single parent of two, one of which who requires special care, it’s truly an inspiration to see how positive and committed Kyle remains when it comes to her position at Fazoli’s. She’s always looking to lend a helping hand to others, picking up shifts on her off days and doing everything in her power to keep her guests as happy as can be!
Gary Young – Walker, MI
Gary is as veteran as they come! His first stint with the brand was from 1998-2000, before venturing out to open his own retail store with his wife of now 30 years. After he retired, we were lucky enough to have Gary back on board, where he’s been acting as a guest ambassador since July 2012. He knows recurring guests by name and keeps up with their personal lives. He even knows their favorite orders by heart! “He is a valuable member of our team and [has] helped improve our effectiveness in guest service and the restaurant atmosphere,“ said General Manager Stephanie Eilers.
Each member of the second team will receive all the same perks as those chosen for the first team, including: a letter from Fazoli’s President and CEO, Carl Howard; a certificate of achievement; a Fazoli’s All-American pin to commemorate their elite status; a Pursuit of Excellence Spotlight at www.fazolis.com/allamerican and a special Fazoli’s uniform t-shirt to be worn for the remainder of the quarter. They will also receive a total of $150 in prize money for a job well done.
