Can you believe it? We can still remember the smell of the first-ever batch of signature garlic breadsticks baking in the oven. The year was 1988 and the doors of our first Fazoli’s restaurant in Lexington, Kentucky, were about to open. From then on, our mission was clear — to serve America premium quality Italian food, fast, fresh & friendly. Thirty years later, we’re still doing all of that, and more!
Though there have been a lot of changes for the better over the last 30 years, some things are destined to always remain the same — like our company values, for one.
