Fazoli’s Continues to Improve Its Guest Experience
When we opened up in 1988, we were mainly focused on getting food out — fast! After making a name for ourselves in the QSR industry for our speed and tasty Italian dishes, we started to notice a shift in what our guests were seeking from their dining experiences. Guests didn’t just want their food quickly, they wanted to enjoy it in a family-friendly and welcoming atmosphere. It was this belief that inspired us to completely refresh everything from the parking lot to our dining rooms.
A Fresh New Look and Feel
Today, when guests walk into a Fazoli’s restaurant, they’re greeted by our friendly team, multiple seating options to accommodate families of all sizes, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Our new contemporary design featuring textured brick and other natural materials, helps create a better customer experience for our guests.
It wasn’t just our incredible marketing team that was at the forefront of this overhaul, it was actually our guests! After all, no one knows what guests want more than the guests themselves. So when we heard people frequently asking, “What’s going on back there?” we listened. Now, our kitchens are partially open, allowing guests to actually see how their food is prepared. So not only are people (especially the little ones) entertained by our kitchen staff, but parents and families can rest assured that only the highest quality ingredients are going into their food.
High-Tech Ordering Options
Our dining room and kitchen weren’t the only things we’ve improved. We’ve also brought menu ordering well into the 21st century with the addition of online ordering options.
As we’re constantly looking for ways to elevate the brand experience and provide even greater convenience to our guests, we recently introduced online ordering and a new mobile app. Now, guests are able to order their food from the comfort of their home and pick it up at our to-go area, which was made separate from the dine-in line. Both catering and individual meals can be ordered online. In addition, in select markets, guests can order through our new mobile app, and earn points on their purchases to be used on future orders.
This is only the beginning. New technology like our mobile app will not only reward Fazoli’s fans and entice them to keep coming back for more, but will also drive long-term profitability for our franchises.
